What is HDPE?

Single Wall Corrugated HDPE Pipe
HDPE Single Wall Corrugated Pipe is ideal for drainage projects that need a flexible, lightweight, and affordable drainage pipe.
HDPE Single Wall Pipe is typically used for underdrain on residential projects, downspouts, driveway culverts, agricultural projects, golf courses and slope drains. Single Wall Solid HDPE Pipe
HDPE Single Wall Solid Pipe has a corrugated exterior and corrugated interior. Solid pipe carries water from one location to another.
Solid single wall drainage pipe is manufactured in 4” – 18” diameters and up to 250 linear feet in length.
Many contractors and landscapers favor the 100 foot coils of HDPE Single Wall Solid for larger projects because the coils require less joints but are still very easy to handle.
Single Wall Perforated HDPE Pipe
HDPE Single Wall Perforated Pipe has a corrugated exterior, corrugated interior and perforations at standard intervals. The perforated drainage pipe, also referred to as ‘slotted pipe,’ allows water to infiltrate the pipe before being carried away.
Perforated single wall corrugated pipe is manufactured in 4” – 18” diameters and up to 250 linear feet in length.
Single Wall Perforated Pipe with Sock
HDPE Single Wall Perforated Pipe with Sock has a corrugated exterior, corrugated interior, perforations and is wrapped in a lightweight mesh-like fabric. The slots in this plastic drainage pipe allows water in but the sock prevents sand, silt and sediment from infiltrating the pipe.
Single Wall Slotted Plastic Pipe with Sock is manufactured in 4” – 6” diameters and up to 250 linear feet in length. Custom sizes that are larger than the standard stocked sizes are available on request.
Double Wall Corrugated HDPE Pipe
Double Wall HDPE is used on projects that require durability. The corrugated exterior increases the structural strength of dual wall pipe while the smooth interior wall provides superior flow. Double Wall Corrugated Pipe has a 100-year service life, withstands corrosion, chemical abrasion and the tough demands of heavy construction. Dual Wall HDPE Drainage Pipe cuts easily and is connected with Double Wall HDPE Fittings or Injection Molded fittings.
Double Wall Solid HDPE Pipe
Double Wall Solid Pipe has a corrugated exterior and smooth interior. This strong plastic drainage pipe is often used for road and highway drainage projects as well as subsurface stormwater management systems. Dual Wall Corrugated Pipe is manufactured from both recycled HDPE and virgin HDPE in 4” – 60” diameters.
Double Wall Perforated Pipe
Double Wall Perforated Plastic Pipe has a corrugated exterior, smooth interior and perforations and standard increments. Double Wall Slotted Pipe is strong, resistant to chemicals and corrosion, and has excellent hydraulics. Our warehouses typically stock Double Wall Perforated Pipe in 4” – 12” diameters and 20 linear foot sticks.
